What we collect
Keynetic stores the data rental companies put into the system to run their business: staff accounts, fleet and booking records, customer details entered at the counter or through the booking widget, contracts, signatures, damage photos, and payment records. We also keep standard technical logs (IP addresses, timestamps) for security.
How it is used
Only to provide the service. Each rental company's data is isolated to their account and is theirs: we do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train anything. Staff at Keynetic access tenant data only for support, on request.
Processors we rely on
Payments are processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers). Transactional email is delivered by Resend. Our servers are hosted in the European Union. Each processor only receives what it needs to do its job.
Cookies
One session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
Export your data anytime from the app. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove it, subject to records we must keep for legal or financial compliance. For any privacy request, email privacy@keynetic.online. Renters whose data was entered by a rental company should contact that company first — they control that data; we process it for them.
