What we collect
Keynetic stores the data rental companies put into the system to run their business: staff accounts, fleet and booking records, customer details entered at the counter or through the booking widget, contracts, signatures, damage photos, and payment records. We also keep standard technical logs (IP addresses, timestamps) for security.
How it is used
Only to provide the service. Each rental company's data is isolated to their account and is theirs: we do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train anything. Staff at Keynetic access tenant data only for support, on request.
Processors we rely on
Payments are processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers). Transactional email is delivered by Resend. Booking confirmations and reminders that a rental company chooses to send by WhatsApp go through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta; Meta receives the recipient's phone number and the message text, nothing else. Our servers are hosted in the European Union. Each processor only receives what it needs to do its job.
Cookies
One session cookie to keep you signed in, and one first-party cookie that tells us which pages a visitor read before signing up. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
Export your data anytime from the app. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove it, subject to records we must keep for legal or financial compliance. For any privacy request, email [email protected]. Renters whose data was entered by a rental company should contact that company first — they control that data; we process it for them.
Data deletion
To delete your Keynetic account and every record in your workspace, email [email protected] from the owner address of the account. We confirm the request, delete the workspace within 30 days, and reply when it is done. Invoices and payment records that tax law obliges us to keep are retained for the statutory period and then removed. If you received a WhatsApp message through Keynetic and want your number and message history removed, write to the same address with the number; we delete it within 30 days.
