Free? What’s the catch?
There isn’t one hiding in the feature list — everything above is included, for any fleet size, forever. We earn money two ways, both optional: a 0.5% platform fee when you take card payments online through the platform, and the white-label upgrade. If you never take an online payment, you pay nothing.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Most established competitors charge a mandatory $550–$1,500 setup fee before you can even log in; we charge nothing. Sign up, import your fleet from a spreadsheet, and take your first booking the same afternoon.
Do you charge per vehicle?
No. Ten cars or a thousand — the software is free either way. Growing your fleet never raises your bill.
What does white-label change?
Only branding and the platform fee. Every feature works identically on the free plan. White-label removes the small "Powered by Keynetic" lines from your booking widget, customer emails, contracts and invoices — so your customers only ever see your brand — and drops the 0.5% platform fee.
What about migrating from my current system?
Fleet import from CSV is built into onboarding, and we do free white-glove migration: send us your vehicle, customer and booking exports and we set your account up for you. Most operators go live within a week — you can run both systems in parallel through a season if you want the safety net.
Am I locked into anything?
No. There’s no contract to sign and nothing to cancel on the free plan. White-label is month-to-month, cancelled in two clicks from the billing portal, and you can export all your data whenever you like.
